Welcome to DBM Direct. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of goods from DBM Direct. By accessing our site or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.

“DBM Direct”, “we”, “our”, “us” refers to Direct Building Material, a trading brand independent from DBM Wholesale.
“Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to the person or entity purchasing goods or using services from DBM Direct.
“COD” refers to Cash on Delivery, meaning payment is required before or upon delivery of goods.
Our services are intended for owner-builders, small builders, and licensed tradespeople operating in NSW.
No ABN or trade account is required to purchase from DBM Direct.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
All sales are COD (Cash on Delivery or Prepaid). Orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved payment gateways.
Quotations and estimates are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
Full estimating services are only released after a deposit or order commitment.
All products are subject to availability. In the event a product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives.
DBM Direct reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if the customer agrees.
DBM Direct will make reasonable efforts to schedule deliveries according to your build plan.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to supplier availability, weather conditions, and site access.
Customers must ensure someone is on-site to receive and inspect the delivery.
Re-delivery due to site inaccessibility or customer absence may incur additional charges.
Due to the nature of COD and building materials, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is:
Faulty
Incorrectly supplied
Significantly damaged on delivery
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
DBM Direct reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent changes.
Customers may be referred by registered affiliates (e.g., draftsmen, fencing hire, toilet hire, etc.).
A 2% referral rebate is tracked and paid to eligible affiliates for completed project sales.
The referrer must be registered and disclosed at the time of initial contact or plan upload.
DBM Direct reserves the right to adjust or terminate the referral program at any time.
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of DBM Direct and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.
You agree not to misuse the website, upload malicious content, or attempt unauthorized access.
Your personal information is collected for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing support.
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

DBM Direct is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific goods or services in question.
Any disputes arising from orders or services will first be addressed via direct communication.
If not resolved, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action.
DBM Direct reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
